A space to soften, release, and return to yourself.
Join us for a seasonal Reiki circle, guided by Julia Hauser, Reiki Master and massage therapist at Balance & Flow, a shared healing space held in rhythm with the natural cycles of the earth.
As we move through the fall equinox, this is an invitation to pause, exhale, and let go of what no longer serves you.
Together we'll move through gentle Reiki energy work, breath, meditation and quiet stillness, creating room for whatever wants to surface and be released. You'll also receive hands-on healing support from fellow Reiki practitioners trained in the same lineage, adding extra depth and warmth to the circle.
Each circle is intimate and small by design, so everyone in the room is genuinely held.
