You're warmly invited to join us for a relaxed morning. A moment to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and start your weekend with calm and ease.
Together we'll settle into the quiet of Saturday morning, letting go of the week behind us and making space for what's ahead. No experience needed, just come as you are. The event starts at 10 AM in the Stories Living. These sessions will be guided on a rotating basis by Katja Quensel, Susie Cats and Elvira Flohr so you'll get to experience each of their unique styles over time.
Bring your own yoga mat, warm socks, a blanket/pillow and comfy clothes so you can fully sink into the moment.
The session today will be given in Dutch.
Spots are limited to 15 people, so be sure to secure yours. Let's breathe together.
About Susie Cats
I've always been drawn to people who give something their all. People with big dreams, fire in their eyes and a longing to create something extraordinary. Maybe because I know that fire myself.
But the longer I work with elite athletes, creators and other high performers, the more curious I become about what lives beneath that ambition. Which desires are truly yours? When are you creating and performing from who you are? And when are you mostly trying to prove something? Can you go all in on something without losing yourself along the way?
As a sport and performance psychologist, that's exactly the space I work in. Through psychology, breathwork and visualization, I help people turn down the noise for a moment and hear again what is truly their own.
I'm endlessly fascinated by what happens when ambition is no longer just about becoming more, but about bringing more of yourself into what you do. Maybe moving forward and wanting to grow sometimes asks us to stand still, and to listen to what else lives in us beyond all the plans and expectations.
So: if your mind went quiet for a moment, which desire would speak the loudest?
