In this session, Iris guides you through conscious connected breathing: a way to quiet the mind, settle your nervous system and reconnect with yourself after all the space you hold for others
You spend your days holding space for other people. Listening, regulating, staying present. It's rarely the moment to notice what's happening in your own body.
This session is that moment.
Iris guides you through conscious connected breathing, a practice that works below the level of thinking and talking. Together you quiet the mind, let the nervous system settle, and reconnect with yourself.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
