We can understand our patterns, recognise where our emotions come from, and know what we need to change. Yet still find ourselves responding in familiar ways. Why is understanding not always enough?
Our experiences are shaped not only by our thoughts, but also by bodily sensations, emotions and physiological responses. Bringing the body into the process opens up a deeper awareness of how we experience the world, and new ways of responding.
In this interactive masterclass, Anita explores embodiment as a pathway to emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and change. Through insights from yoga therapy, guided body-based practices and self-reflection, you’ll experience how working with the body supports emotional awareness and nervous system regulation.
Designed for psychologists, therapists and coaches, the session offers both a personal exploration of embodiment and a look at how body-based approaches can complement psychological work.
