Awaken into Spring – Yoga & Ayurveda Workshop
When Spring Feels Like a Transition, Not a Reset
Spring brings more light, longer days, and the natural impulse to move forward.
Yet for many people, this seasonal shift doesn’t feel smooth.
Instead, the body may respond with seasonal sensitivities such as congestion or allergies, lingering winter heaviness, slower digestion, or a general feeling of not quite being ready, even when the mind is.
This workshop explores why this happens and how to support the body and mind during this seasonal shift.
