Experience our monthly group sound baths recurring monthly on Saturdays at Stories, where Bonita provides a sacred cocoon for participants to feel deeply restored and balanced in their mind and body through sound and group energy healing modalities.

Participants begin with a soothing guided meditation and Yoga Nidra, followed by the magical tones of binaural beats to calm the mind and body. Each session is a unique voyage, tailored to the planetary shifts and energy of the group.
